I’m pretty good. Robb Wolf is way better. Cost is $195, and I’m guessing it will be well worth it.

Join us for the Grant Park Summer Shade 5k

This year will mark our 3rd annual “race mob” at the Adams Realtors 5K Run 2010 for the Grant Park Summer Shade Festival.

We get as many FitWitters and Foundation supporters as possible dressed in the same obnoxious t-shirt to run the race, support one another, and raise awareness for the Foundation mission.  In 2008, this event led to our CNN.com spot.  This year’s shirt is orange.

See you Saturday morning!

FitKids at The Study Hall

We completed a great summer with 60 kids, grades K-5, at The Study Hall.  The Study Hall is a fantastic youth organization with passionate, dedicated, and professional staff.  It was a true pleasure to work with their entire organization.  Thanks for a great summer!

Many thanks to our FitKids staff:  Carrie, Jessica, Kim, Jeremy, Lane, Constance, and Michelle!  Special thanks as always to all dedicated volunteers.  Get fit!
